This project was implemented in according to the Declaration and the Plan of Action of the Ocean-related Ministers of the Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) on the promotion of partnership between the public and private sectors. The principal investigator of this project attended the 2st APEC Ocean and Fisheries Working Group (OFWG) meeting on May, 2013, in Indonesia.
